In the first one, the value for the sensor is null from Z-Wave JS.

But it seems to be OK under ZWaveJS UI:

Try triggering it and resetting it. It may be it's just not fully initialized internally.

I left it (very difficult to take it and wake up manually) and after a couple of days it fixed by itself. Thanks.

I've seen this before on some battery devices. A couple I have will also go to uninitialized after replacing batteries. Kind of a pain, but I think years of Z-Waving has conditioned us all to a few "quirks".
