[Reactor] Bug when sending MQTT boolean payloads

I have MSR running on my Odroid n+ (Home Assistant Blue), and always pulls the newest version of MSR in Portainer. I pull the docker: toggledbits/reactor:latest-raspbian-armv7l.
In Portainer MSR has always had the state "Healty". But with the latest version (21267-a507fec) the state has changed to "Running". But... it's not running. When I open the web UI, I only get a error message (in swedish - since I'm living in Sweden):

I have downgraded with good results. I have both upgraded and downgraded multiple times and older versions is working - but latest doesn't. Can it be related to the new functions?

I have the same problem on a bare metal Debian installation, after updating to this latest version of MSR, I am no longer able to access the MSR web GUI.

I also reverted back to version 21258-6fb388e and MSR is running and accessible again.

@toggledbits After updating from 21243 to latest 21267, all my ezlo devices are missing the defined capabilities/entities like power_switch,dimming, motion_sensor and so on.

I've also lost some of the available actions on my Ezlo Plus. My siren is no longer possible to turn on and off.

@toggledbits Great work! latest-21270-48528ec fixed all my issues.

Restarted MSR again and now they look normal:
