They’re ending the old works with nest support, but they’re still working via the new integration. So, while a Zwave thermostat is definitely better, you’d still use a nest one. Easiest routes are home assistant or similar active platforms.

@therealdb How are you finding the FP2? Is it fast?

Yep. Still on my desk, tracking me when working from home. I’ll move it to the master bedroom in the next weeks. Too busy with work atm.

A factory reset, and re-registering doesn’t work? Perhaps it’s not allowing new accounts, though… Ah well, it had to happen sometime.

    Thank you for the post.
I am not being too supportive or critical here. Please note that this application, which is tipped to be the next big search engine developed by an ai services company, is still in it's amature stage. This self learning and corrective application has the potential to automate several tedious tasks. I have used this application to gather insight for several job related tasks. Give it some time, I believe it will attain the unimaginable height.

    @akbooer <hangs head>
Um all of it except (probably) sending the message to Vera TTS

I imagine I might be able to make 10 separate reactions and somehow fire them pseudo randomly, but that seems in-elegant and I suspect there would be a far better way

Thank you. Those shelly modules looks really well made (hardware and more importantly software-wise). However I wanted to go zigbee way with bulbs etc. Do you think I can do that?

You are completly right, the device is LEDVANCE PLUG EU, and it can control and measure electrical power KWH,

I would like to find out how much power my tv uses in 24 hours.

So I want to clear the amount of KWH, already used measuring a lamp.

I have tried a reset, without any luck.

    Regards. Bjarne

Most switches from GE and Leviton these days are three-way compatible/ready, but you need to use the companion switch of the same brand and product family (I think GE even has a package with the two together in the same box).

However, you should not do this yourself. If you are asking here, you do not know what you need to know to do this job safely, and you need to hire a licensed electrician. Practically speaking, wire color means nothing; while there are standards and conventions, there is no telling if your home was wired to those from the start, or if work done since it was built did not alter the original conditions. Nobody here can safely advise you on the current purpose of each of these wires; it would take testing with a meter or other devices to ascertain how the wires are being used, and then, which terminals on the new switch would be connected to which wires on each end. The voltages present here can, and given the opportunity will kill you and/or burn your home down. The electrician would also be able to ascertain if a neutral is present for the new switch, which many require, and many older homes in North America were built without. If that's the case, you may need to find a switch that does not require a neutral (these are available); so consult the electrician before buying any replacement products.

Just to close this off, I managed to get a Harmony Elite and Hub from ebay. Lightly used at a reasonable price.
God knows why they are pulling out of the market. First impressions is it's an ace bit of gear. Didn't realise quite what the hub could do and am thinking of getting another to replace my Broadlink in the cinema.

    Thanks, all

@rafale77 I'm setting up Home Assistant at the moment, because of the wide variety of integrations. How do you use the integrations in openluup/AltUI? Is there a way to get the HA devices in Openluup? I could keep using AltUI then for frontend.
